breakfast
i used to eat a bowl of cereal every morning for breakfast ......something low fat with like 90 calories before milk 130calories with milk....but i would still be hungry so i would eat fruit right after and then still be a little hungry
lately i have been eating egg white omelet with tomatoes and ham and i am so FULL after i eat this i have to force myself to eat lunch the whole breakfast is probably 250 calories and so yummy

I have been visiting a nutritionist for a few months now and she is always saying how important it is to get protein and fat into your breakfast. She said cereal alone is the worst because it is pure carbs. If you are going to have cereal you should add some nuts or something with protein in it as well. She has suggested eggs a lot too. I have been having a whole wheat english muffin with natural peanut butter and 1/2 a banana for the last few weeks and when lunch rolls around I am not starving (which I used to be).

I hear ya, I usually eat 2 bowls of cereal (not always low fat either) Today after jogging for some strange reason I wanted something healthy so I made 1 egg, 1 egg white scrambled with onion then half a slice of cheese on whole wheat bread. It was so good and filling. I think I like this healthy stuff

I eat an egg sandwich just about every day. It's amazing what a great breakfast will do for you. I still look forward to eating it every day This is all I ever eat for breakfast:
-3 egg whites (sometimes a whole egg instead), on a stop and shop light bagel with a slice of 2% cheese -3/4 cup Special K protein plus (10g of protein!) with a cup of skim milk
when I'm in a rush... 1 packet of instant oatmeal and fruit

My DH eats cereal a lot, I should tell him to add some protein. Very interesting....
I usually have either natural PB on whole wheat w/ a banana or 3 egg whites and cheese on a whole wheat bagel.
I was eating well and didn't even realize

For Breakfast, I usually have an egg white omelette with zucchini, spinich, feta cheese and mushrooms.
