Elementary Perm. Sub Interview????????????????????????
I have an interview next week to be a perm sub! 
Can anyone please give me tips on what types of questions I should be prepared to answer??????

I'm a permanent sub and I LOVE it! I wonder what district you're interviewing for, because one of ours just left for a leave replacement in another district. You'll have to FM me!
Anyway, some questions I was asked were:
A LOT of Guided Reading related questions.
What do you do if a teacher doesn't leave plans.
How would you handle a mid-year leave replacement and beginning of the year leave replacement (as far as planning goes).

I had my first interview, and then in my district you re-interview for your positon at the end of the school year. I know they took a lot from my resume and asked about my experiences from that. But they were both pretty short interviews.
