New LIF'er Needs Advice...Coud I be pregnant?

Hi everyone! I'm a recently married LIW'er and am coming over to LIF. I have question for you ladies... mind you we are not TTC so I really don't know the lingo or how the cycle planning goes. But I figured you ladies could give me some advice!

Could I be pregnant and when should I test? I know that sperm can live ' up there' for 4-5 days and if I do the math there might have been some floating around during my O time....but not sure.


Here are my facts:

I am on the pill (Ortho Low) but DH and I messed with my cycle and skipped the placebos so AF wouldn't happen during HM. We did this 2 months before my wedding which was in October. I did mess up the last 2 months and miss a pill here/there, but I took them that day, the next day or morning, depending.

Today is my CD 24

2 weeks ago from today we did the HMD (honeymoon dance - my own lingo!) Of course (TMI) but that whole week we were busy

I think I was supposed to O on Tues/Wed last week.

And AF should be starting anytime from yesterday thru this weekend...not sure.

I've had a ton of 'symptoms' but really am trying not to read into them. However, I've been really really bloated, felt heavy, tired (going to bed early like 930 as opposed to 12mid like I used to), super sore boobs (never happens) and light cramps here and there and super hungry.

Any info / advice would be appreciated? Thanks so much!

I would think if you are already past the point were you should get your period, or close to it - you could test now..

That's what I thought but I wasn't sure. I saw a bunch of threads about 'symptoms' and didn't want to overthink this. It totally could be nothing...but still.

Thanks! I did get a test and it came back as BFN - so now I'm wondering where AF is!!? I think for now I'm going to wait another week and if no AF..time to test again. Or maybe AF will come before that!

Who knew this stuff could be so confusing! Thanks for the advice! I'll update when I know what's going on or if anything changes!

For now I'll concentrate on wedding thankyou's!!
