thanks - those both look really good, i looked them up
sabrina - i never would have thought of that - that is so different.the website says i have to call - which uno's did you go to? do you remember how much it was?
my kids last year were so rotten they didn't deserve trips (i know i am mean) but these kids are so sweet and they are so sheltered i'd really like to do some stuff with them.

we went to the one on bell blvd. in bayside (I don't remember where you teach)...I think it was a bit pricey, but when we paid, they gave us a fundraising paper to fill out and some of the money went back to the school..IMO, it was worth it since they were so organized and good with the kids...another idea would be a supermarket...if these kids are sheltered, perhaps they need to see some more inner workings kinds of things...also, my AP found out last year that we could get shows for free at Queens College and they were actually good (for K-Alexander and the Terrible..., Max and Ruby and Aesop's Fables told with puppets). If I think of anything else, I'll keep you posted...

Yes, the Queens college ones were great!!! Chat Icon

I never did the Pizzeria Uno ones but I think they were about $7/kid. I remember saying no to that trip because I had already asked for so much trip money that I didn't want to ask for more. Chat Icon
