ok so i hae a question an ill prob willsound dumb but... (update with another question)
How do you tell when your ovulating? and so you do the deed the day you ovulate? THANKS!

there are plenty of ways to tell if you are about to ovulate. first, you start to produce an egg white like (stretchy) CM, you may get ovulation pains, and if you take your basal body temp every morning you will likely see a small dip in your waking temp the day you ovulate and a sharp rise immediately after. you can use ovulation predictor kits as well to confirm O.
there are many different plans for when to BD. i like to BD every other day up until O, the day I O and the day after. good luck!

your basal body temperature is your body's temp while you are sleeping before you get up out of bed.
if you want to start temping, you will need a basal body thermometer (i bought mine at CVS - it's different from a regular therm) and take your waking temp every morning before you get up. it must be at the same time every morning. you can then input your temps into a charting website and they will help you determine your O date based on your temps. a lot of people use fertilityfriend.com. if you decide to chart, feel free to ask as many questions as you need. we have lots of charters here.
