get this stuff. i had the stomach bug 3 times last year and saved me big time. hope he feels better real soon

My mom was sick on Christmas and had the same thing. She stayed home and relaxed and was better the next day. Keep him hydrated. Hope he has a speedy recovery

this happened to my DH last year.
try gator aid to give him some electrolites and to hydrate him.
if it gets really bad and if he starts throwing up blood, get him to the ER, so they can give him IV fluids and run tests.

Sounds very familiar... All 4 of us had this recently. Came on very suddenly, hung around of about a day or two, then went away...
Not much to do but stay hydrated. I was moving furniture during the worst of mine....

i had this and was in the ER for it last week. I am pregnant - and had a horrible stabbing pain in my stomach which is why we went to the ER.
NOTHING they could do helped with the diahhrea - i had that problem for about 4-5 days. The naseau went away with some Zofran...
Stick to Gatorade (though for me, ANYTHING that i digested, including drinks went RIGHT through me) and try half a banana. If the banana stays in - wait a half hour and try another half.
The BRAT diet is the way to go - bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. These things are all FIRMING to number 2 and can only help...once he can KEEP FOOD IN....
