Did I hurt the baby?!?!
Okay - so I'm around 7 weeks pregnant, and I thought the dr. said it was okay to take Tylenol Cold. I have a horrible sinus infection, and am on antibiotics. Well I read something tonight that says you shouldn't take medicine with phenylephrine in it, and this does!! Saying that taken in the first 13 weeks can cause birth defects.....I want to cry!!
Help?????

1st - don't worry!!
there is a reason they write CAN or MAY nand not WILL 
my rule of thumb is, there have been and will be many women to do worse and have perfectly healthy babies. Don't stress yourself out

Please dion't worry.
I know this is crazy but I always say that crack heads have healthy babies - one thing will be OK.
With DS#2 I got wasted - really bad. I think I got brain damage:) and then found out that I was pregnant. I was really worried but everything was fine.
You and baby will be fine.
