The sweetest compliment!
Maybe I am having a boy??? Because when I was pregnant with Alex, people took one look at me and would always say, that bad, huh? My friends still joke about the green hue that covered my face the entire pregnancy.
But today I had a meeting with a bunch of my co-workers, and the chief attorney announced to the group that, in her experience, most women who are pregnant look older and worn out, and that I am the first pregnant woman she's ever met who actually looks younger and more beautiful, and they all agreed   
I seriously almost cried and told her that was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me while pregnant, and have had my fair share of really mean comments.
I don't care if they are blowing smoke up my arse - I'll take it!

Awe!! That is sweet!  You deserve it. I've gotten the best compliments when I'm down on myself feeling huge and would get a compliment about how I'm glowing or how I'm carrying small and look good. Whether it's true or not I'll take it.

I received very similar comments during my pregnancy. I was told that I had never looked more beautiful. I had a little boy.
