Re: quit smoking
I work for a Dr who does the laser therapy {aricular therapy}. People come in all the time for it and I only hear of positive results when I do the follow-ups, but of course he has to be willing to try

Re: quit smoking
I started with "something" too...but then I realized that I was prolonging the inevitable; the miserable, enraging, difficult detox that everyone warned me about. Quitting is NOT easy and nothing can really make it easier...even though things will make it SEEM easier. In the end, all smokers will have to face the minute by minute battles: me vs it. It is a physical war for about 72 hours and then it is an all out psychological war. Those who want longevity will survive....I found this site to be helpful Why Quit? . It is not only possible to quit...it is so rewarding to sustain it. After 2 years, I still have intense cravings, but that's the tough breaks for turning myself into an addict. The cravings are manageable. Best Wishes to you and your DH. You'll both need them.
