very annoyed!
I always wonder why DC's bottom is always red after he poops. It never happens with me but every day that MIL watches him, he has a red booty. anway today I witness her cleaning up a poop diaper with toilet paper. Dry harsh scott toilet paper. No wonder he is always red  I gave them a whole package of wipes
I told her the reason he always needs diaper cream is bc they are using dry paper it's irritating him. WTH were they thinking?!?!?!?!.

i know it can be tough because it's your MIL but if you don't feel comfortable saying something to her i will!
