Just found out I am pregnant and worried.
I am about 4 weeks and I so happy but scared. I had a bad cold this month and I took medication, drank alcohol and had a ton of coffee. I just had no idea.
Did this happen to anyone else?

You should be ok- just start doing what you need to now. For the first few weeks of pregnancy the baby is not receiving nourishment directly from you yet, from what I have heard anyway.
If you are really concerned, it wouldn't hurt to locate the OB you plan on using and contact them to express your concerns- I am sure they will make you feel better . . .

It's fine, you do not share a bloodstream with the baby until 6 weeks or so

I was really really sick the week I got my BFP. I was taking some over the counter cold medicine for a few days and then I stopped because I thought maybe just maybe I was pregnant.

My back hurt me worse in the first trimester than it has my entire pregnancy . . .

You are fine. As someone said the baby doesn't share your bloodstream until 6 weeks. Not uncommon to have backpain. I had backpaini before I found out I was pregnant. that is how I knew something was up during my 2WW. The backpain and cramps.

So many women have had that happen, where they didn't know they were pregnant and drank ect and had healthy babies. You should be fine

Hey Jen is that YOU??????????? OMG Congratulations!!!! And for peace of mind, I also took a TON of otc stuff (and COFFEEEEEEE) for the first 9 weeks; DH and I came back sick from our honeymoon, so I took everything I could think of to feel better; DH recovered quickly, I was still *green* 6 weeks later, at which point I tested and  turns out it wasn't the flu after all

This is going to sound awful but the week after I conceived DS #1 we were on vaca and I drank almost a whole bottle of SoCo in 2 days DS is better than fine

Don't worry...I was on Effexor for the first 5 weeks of my pregnancy. With DS I had no idea I was pregnant and was on vacation and drank a TON and found out when I got home I was 4 weeks. This early on you are fine. Just start taking care of yourself and DON'T STRESS!! Now is the important time to rest and stay healthy!
Feel better and you will be FINE!

As others have said, it's totally fine. I drank for 2 nights right before I found out I was pregnant. I had quite a bit of wine! DS is perfectly healthy.
Just start taking care of yourself now, take prenatals and enjoy!

The week I found out I was pregnant (5 weeks) I had a glass of wine every single night, at a hot dog earlier that week (and I NEVER eat hot dogs) and had at least 1 cup of coffee a day (as I did every day for my entire pregnancy).
My daughter is perfectly healthy! Don't worry!
