reasons for milk decreasing

I am so upset. I exclusively pump. Within the last 2 weeks my supply have decreased tremendously. I tried More Milk Plus for a week so far and it's not working. I eat oatmeal just about every day, and nothing. All I do is drink water, and pump every 3-4 hours.
I have the Fenugreek pills I will try next. Does anyone know the reason why your supply might decrease? is there anything else I can do?

i wish i could give you an answer, but although i dont have one, i hope you get some positive results, i know how hard it is

You can talk to your OB about getting Reglan-I read it works in about a day-keep pumping though

Have you gotten your first PP AF yet?? Sometimes in the weeks leading up to it your supply will decrease.

Mine decreased at 8 weeks.. i got my period.. grrrr.. seems everytime i get my period (now every 5 weeks) it decreases... the day it ended supply sky rocketed.. i started pumping at 8 weeks cause DS was getting frustrated with the low production..

stick to it, it will be frustrating but stick to it!

i dont know if it really helps but seems when I eat big turkey burgers i get an increase in production...

i tried fenugreek, i think it helped alittle, and brewers yeast. vit-b comples is supposed to help too...
