How many oz. does he eat during the day? How many hours apart and how many oz. per bottle? What time does he wake up?

How much is your DC eating per day?

My DD is 3.5 months old, this is her scheule basically: (she is sleeping through the night)

7am - wake up - 5oz bottle. She goes back down to sleep until 10ish.

10am - 5oz bottle

1:30-2:00 6oz bottle (she sometimes will take 7 or 8 oz with this bottle

2:30-3:00 - Nap
6:00 - wakes up from nap - 5oz bottle

She gets tired around 7ish, and will cat nap for about 20 minutes.

7:45 - 8:00pm-ish - bath/ 6 oz bottle.

Usually in bed between 8:30-9:00

you might be putting him down too late... My daughter is 14 weeks, so 3 months and change, and she has been needing to go down earlier and earlier. We were doing it at 10, then 9ish, then 8-- and the last few days, by 7 she is totally ready. You may be disrupting his natural sleep patterns by keeping him up. Try really paying attention to his cues and gradually putting him down earlier-- you may be surprised that he will sleep better.

ITA with this- i would keep DD up really late thinking it would lessen the chance of her waking up overnight...but not so. once i started putting her down earlier, i saw she slept longer. that and swaddling, bedtime routine, and a white noise machine really helped! good luck!
