Help! AF three and a half weeks after m/c?

Help! AF three and a half weeks after m/c?
I miscarried on 5/18. I just went to the bathroom and seem to be spotting. Is it possible that AF arrives after just 24 days? Or could this be remnants of the m/c that didn’t come out initially? I’ve had NO pre-AF symptoms. Has this happened to anyone else or should I call my doc?!?

Yes, this happened to me. My m/c was around MLK day. I got my period back on Valentines Day...and my hormone levels still had not returned to zero at that point (although they were really low then). I called my doctor and she wasn't surprised. Sounds normal to me.

I wouldn't worry- I am assuming it was an early miscarriage? If so, I would be happy about it!

Yes, it was early. I know that it takes some women months to get AF afterwards, so it seemed strange to get it so quickly.
eta: Today the spotting stopped. My body is officially being weird.
