Hotdog toppings?
I'm doing a "dress up your hotdog" thing at DD's puppy-theme b-day party.
Any toppings I'm forgetting? We have these already:
- mustard
- ketchup
- relish
- sauerkraut
- onion sauce
I'm thinking we have our bases covered, but can you think of anything else?

YUM on the chili!
I also put potato salad on my hot dogs from time to time.
Since you want to 'dress it up' .. maybe you should ahve a few oddball things just for fun. Like.. red cabbage, raw onion, baked beans for beanie weinies, sliced avocado and chopped dill pickle.
I'd probably do a spicy mustard, a fancy dijon and a plain yellow.

in either Bon Appetit or Saveur (I forget b/c I read both mags this weekend)
they have an article, Around the World in 80 hotdogs.
there were some err, interesting topping ideas to say the least but you could get some inspiration from there!!!

In Chicago, they serve hot dogs with pickle and hot peppers (on the side).
