endocrinologist
Anyone have any recommendations for a endocrinologist in northern nassau county or even by the nassau suffolk border. I have been seeing an endocrinologist in queens for thyroid issues but they no longer take my insurance. Though I hate leaving the because I have been with my doctor for years and love her, the office staff is fairly rude and they are absolutely refusing to work with me as far as paying for the office visits. Thank you so much!

I recently had to change mine as well as the Dr. I was seeing does not accept my husband's insurance.

I really love Dr. Vaswani in Grden City.
He actually listens to you and doesn't just read your bloodwork and take it from there. He doesn't take my insurance but I gladly pay out of pocket because I love him so much!

I am in need of a new Endo also. Do you have to make appts really far in advance? Do you know if they take BC/BS empire?

THey do take EMpire...that's what I had before it changed. They are pretty good with their appointments if you are somewhat flexible....
