I NEED HELP AND MOTIVATION!!!!!!
TO........
DIET!!!! I think ever since I got my BFP when i knew things weren't going well for the 4 weeks...then after that during the MC I was just so stressed all i did was eat. Well Guess What?? I am still eating out of control. : )
I have prob gained 5-8 pounds in the past 2 months. ( I am so afraid to even step on the scale. I need to get back on track and eat Healthy/Diet and Excercise (atleast untill I get my BFP).
Anyone else feel the same????
So please call me out on it over the next several weeks or months. You can ask if i lost any lbs?? Or if I excericed today?? Whatever you want! LOL LOL. I need some motivation, Which i wold rather get here then on the Health and Fitness board...( they aren't as great as you girls)!
Any suggestions on what to do to lose some weight?
Anyone else feel the same?

You and me both LOL. I was pg from May to June m/c ate everything in site. I then lost 5lbs HURRAY got pg in August until my 2nd m/c (last week) and have been eating ever since. If you know of any good diets pass the info along before I eat myself to 100lbs.

I'm sorry. I know i just kept eating to help with all the stress and sadness too. How are you feeling, did you have your follow appt yet?
I will try to come up with something for us girls to do who want to lose some weight.
Maybe we can do our own work out log on this board for anyone who would like to join? What do you girls think?

I'm just lazy...I decided to start swimming 2 weeks ago & thn of course...it started to rain almost everyday (I live in FL). Today its in the 60s & too cold for me to exercise. I hate going to the gym, b/c I really have no lcue what I'm doing & it shows...I feel stupid while I'm there so I rush out of there & then the whole visit becomes pointless. Any advice for me? Oh, I did start using the exercie channel on cable & that didn't last...

i totally know how you feel. i was pregnant for 12 weeks and gained approx 20 pounds i was so tired and nauseous all the time that i just went carb crazy. i'm a big girl to begin with and to add that weight on sent me over the edge.
i started doing weight watchers 2 weeks ago and so far i've lost about 5.5 pounds. for me it's all about limiting the sweets (not easy with halloween coming up!) and portion control. i really really need to get my butt to the gym but i haven't yet so maybe we could all support each other in our fitness efforts!!!

I have my followup on the 26th. I have a lot to say to my doctor about my 2nd m/c. Definitely let me know what diet you decide to go on. I want to be healthy and few pounds lighter before I start trying again. I am trying to feel positive about the third time.

whoever is my facebook friend just say that last night I was out eating greek food and tonight Bacci! I am totally eating like a nut! I gotta slow down myself. I honestly enjoy going out to eat and eating fast food..lol...but I feel like CRAP when I eat it. I love like 20 lbs for my wedding on ww. but I am an all or nothing gal. I can't eat well most of the time and then splurge on like saturdays...I need it cut it all out which i don't want to do...
Good luck rachel. I am the worst motivator but I'll try!!!

I know what you mean. I definitely like to eat, and I usually try to balance it out with running. But I am afraid once the 2ww starts I am going to chicken out of running. And I know supposedly there is no harm in sticking to your exercise routine, but I know myself and I am going to justify not running by saying I don't want to do anything that might decrease my chances. Maybe I will try to walk at least. I'm going to try to motivate myself by thinking that healthy body = healthy baby

URGh!!! I can totally relate- since I started TTC and after 2 m/c. I gained about 25lbs. I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life and I am not doing anything about it. I always ate alot but always exercised. I just have NO motivation to go to the gym... I need to really start getting active again.
