Does anyone's DC have body odor?

Does anyone's DC have body odor?
No matter how much I wash DC, the odor is still there under the arms. My pediatrician said not to worry because there are no secondary signs of early puberty but it is so embarassing.
Is anyone familiar with this? Any ideas what I can do? We already do a bath every night.

not me, but my MIL said my SIL had this "problem." they began using deodorant when she was 5 with the ped's okay. it never got worse, or caused any issues
