On another forum I used to go to we had fitness challenges
Anyone interested?
We had an ab challenge - so everyone starts with the amount of ab crunches they are able to do on day 1 - so if I can do 15 crunches before I give out, then I start with 15
Everyday, I add one more!
So day 2, 16, day 3, 17, etc...
And we keep adding until we are in the hundreds - it actually worked!!!!
Anyone interested in ringing in the new year this way?
We can also do it with a push up challenge - we can do it in the same thread.
Let me know and I will start it up after the new year!!!

Wow!!! Sure - I will start the thread - I just did my walk run today, I was going to do this later, but I will start the thread!
