Yes...if you have an 11am party you should have coffee and tea as well as orange juice.

How about tea instead if you don't want to do coffee?

coffee to me is a must, especially with bagels.

you don't necessarily need enough for everyone, but IMO you have to have some.

why would it be a logistical nightmare?

I think coffee is needed, goes with bagels. I think the coffee urn is best. I just bought one at BBB and totally worht it. It is easy to use, makes 40 cups, so with 50 people, you probly just have to make the coffee in the am, turn it on and don't worry for the rest of the party.

People won't miss what's not there. I think you can definitely do without the coffee.

I would offer juice, seltzer, iced water, soda, iced tea.

I think just 2 boxes of Joe will be enough as well.

We get that much for large work meetings and no one ever drinks it all. Plus don't they give you the smallest little cups to go with it ;).

id say yes to coffee....if you can borrow a coffee urn from someone that would be perfect, i had to buy one for a party but ended up using it at most parties and on holidays...i spent $30 on one but it was so worth the money since i need it alot anyway, it might be a good investment if you plan to have future parties and will need one again anyway.
(mine is a hamilton beach brand coffee urn its stainless steel and i got it from bed bath and beyond) maybe there are cheaper ones out there though.

We always do bagel parties in the late morning and I've never had coffee. Never even thought of doing that, I suppose because we aren't big coffee drinkers!

GO right to Bed Bath and Beyond and get an urn. Def need coffee for a breakfast type party.
