Jeep Liberty

Anybody have the new Liberty?? I am looking into getting a new car or SUV in the Spring and I really like the Liberty. If you lease, would you mind sharing what your monthly payment is?? Thanks!!

My SIL has a Jeep that is about a year old that she leases. It's not a Liberty---one of the bigger models though. She told me the other day she leases it for around $280 a month.

We had it back in 2004 and unless it's better now, it was a real gas guzzler.
I was always filling it up.

We were able to bring it back and end the lease early.

I got one as a rental a few years back and I hated it!! I felt so unsafe in it like i was going to tip over on the highway

My dad has one that's about 2 years old now. He hates it. He said it is a gas guzzler and that it doesn't handle well on snow at all. He has to put sandbags in the back to give it more weight. (He's in MN where there is snow/ice on the ground October-April.)

Our personal experience as passengers the last time we stayed with my dad was that the backseat is too small for adults and not enough cargo space for a family.

i just got one in September...I LOVE IT!! i had the grand cherokee for years and the new liberty design had more space inside than the cherokee did!!! I really like it and it has been great during this snow we have gotten this year. I dont know yet about the beach driving...
