what do you pack for lunch for them?

I usually give my DD:

4 mini waffles and a yogurt for breakfast

8 0z of milk

leftover dinner for her lunch (pasta, chicken and rice, fish & couscous w/ peas) or these great Organic Veggie Tots by Happy Bellies. She loves them. I also give her a string cheese or one of those round cheddar cheeses.

I always put a bowl of cheerios for her to snack on.

I feel that ever since she stopped allowing me to "feed" her, she gets less fruits and veggies than before.

I made her a bowl of blueberries and strawberries the other day and she dumped them on the floor.



I need some suggestions too.

great questions - was wondering the same myself.

I need to update DD's lunch box.. currently she's still eating -

Bfast - oatmeal + EB jar fruit + 6oz bottle
Lunch - yo baby + 6oz bottle
Snack - cheerios + 6oz bottle

they serve food at the daycare but I send

--earths best fruits
--bananas
--cut up chicken pieces
--chicken meatballs (giada recipe)

This morning I packed the following:
Breakfast
4oz fruit and cereal Daycare gives
6 oz bottle (sippy)

Lunch
Yo baby meals, two chicken nuggets
6oz bottle/ sippy

Snack
Yo baby yougurt
6oz bottle/ sippy

Today I needed something easy hence the yo baby meals and yougurts, but normally, he will get 4 cubes of veggies or pasta/veggie/ meat for lunch (4oz).
