I want the sleep to get better, but I know exactly what you mean! He's starting to not fit into some of his newborn clothes (half of them not even worn yet) and that made me so sad this morning!

At 3 Months!
The funny thing is I never wanted the newborn stage to end, but then it only got better. Same thing happened with the whole infant stage, didn't want it to end but it just keeps getting better!
I feel like every month I say the same thing- "This is my favorite month!"

Re: When are they not considered NB anymore
I felt like by 12 weeks he lost his "newborn" baby squishy-ness.

I remember feeling so sad about that too - even as I packed up the 3 months clothes.

Re: When are they not considered NB anymore
I always thought it was for the first month only. That's what they teach in the birthing video that I saw at my Lamaze class.

Re: When are they not considered NB anymore
DS will be 3 months in 2 weeks and Im a little sad he wont be considered a newborn anymore. Today at the pediatrician DH pointed out that DS wasnt the littlest baby there anymore and it also made me sad. But he is becoming so much more interactive which I love and everyone says it will only get better.
