has anyone had a full on physical?
for example...we've all heard of stories of people with heart problems that they never knew about.
how would someone even go about finding something like this?
whether it's irregualr beats, or whatnot.

Yes, a full physical could include an EKG which most internists can do in their office. Usually that's the first step in finding heart issues.
Blood work is another thing that is done.

I have a full physical every year. I go for full blood work, an EKG and a breathing test along with general tests, eye, etc.
