I still pass the DMV eye test. This is with being a non-stop reader and on the computer so much. I do wear glasses again but I have what is called monovision. If I leave my eyes like this, I may never need reading glasses. The eye that was not fully corrected for distance will naturally be my reading eye. I may still opt to have LASIK again but then I would be more likely to need reading glasses. I am just amazed that I still pass the DMV eye test, which means that I can see at least 20/40 without correction. I'm not planning to drive without glasses. I am just glad that if I do have LASIK again, I will have no hassles with my license!
