DD is ALWAYS constipation
DD struggles so much with going poopie. Sorry if TMI, but she pushes so hard and the poop is little pebbles.
She has no starches.
She eats plenty of fruits and even prunes.
My question- is there any kind of natural supplement to help her out?

We did Benefiber for quite a while which helped tremendously!

DD takes Miralax once a day - the dr said it's not harmful at all. It helps her alot.

same for us for a good few months and then I just stopped it and she goes everyday now without it.

Can I ask how much? DD is 16 months. Is it flavored?

How much dairy is she having?? Too much dairy can cause that.
Pear juice is also good.

I give pear and water juice everyday to her 4-5oz a day she is only 10 month we have been doing this since she was alittle under 5 months old

You can also try probiotics. Are you giving her prunes? That always worked for my kids

i have had constiaption issues with both my kids. with dd, didnt start till she was a toddler. for awhuile- i'm going to say 4-5- months? i had her on miralax daily, 1/2 capful. she been better lately, we stopped if, so far so good.
DS is 9 motnhs, i had isues with him since we swtarted solids. it was awful. hes' ebf, no formula- i didnt give bananas, no rtice, no cereal at all. still dont. only fruit/veggies. i dont know hwat the issue was, ped sasy some kids guts are jsut immature. anyhow, as per my ped, i give him flax seed oil daily- 1 tsp 2x a day. mix it in with his food. we have no issues now. if you look on dr sears, flax seed oil is actually reaqlly healthy. my ped did not want me giving miralax at this age, i'm not sure how old your dc is, but i would definitly recommend the flax seed oil for a baby.
btw, we tried water, prune juice, all that. did nothing.

One word, blueberries.
The Gerber DHA, pear, blueberry oat works consistently with DS. Watch out though, there will be a poopsplosion.
