Can we eat tiramisu cake?
I just had a huge peice. Then I googled the ingredients. It contains raw eggs!

It's one of the things I'm careful with--not so much for the raw eggs, but for the coffee liqueur!

I though teh same with ice cream because it has raw egg in it as well along with some salad dressings...I mentioned my concerns to my dr and she said all is fine in moderation;)

I just had a shake at the Shake Shack at Citi Field today and I didn't realize custard has raw eggs. Although i read online some places don't use raw eggs. Dunno what was in it but I drank it. Oh well... nothing I can do about it now. I'm sure its fine. I just think of people our parents age who just did whatever the hell they wanted and babies turned out fine. I've had tiramisu as well!

Yup. No tiramisu. No house salad dressings either.
I'm sure it'll be OK... but no, we are not supposed to eat it.

I honestly had no idea what's in tiramisu cake. Didn't mean to put the LO's life in jeopardy. :(
Well, on a good note the baby was moving around this morning and had his daily hiccups. I think I'm out of the woods. Thanks for your help!

no worries, i seriously would never even think about it if you hadnt said it LOL and i have made it myself! I dont remember raw eggs in it, maybe there are different recipes?
