i love redfin.com .... It tells you what kind of sale it is (reg, short, foreclosure)

i always checked mlsli.com or listingbook for new houses, listingbook was really great for generating a morning report via email of all the new houses that came out based on the criteria you specify.. ex towns, schools, price range, etc. the only downfall w/ listingbook was that it is sponsored through a realtor so it was a pain dealing w/ that particular realtor who would contact me every week asking me if i've seen anything of interest (and i did not like working with him, i just wanted to browse). good luck!
