6 Months Feeding Schedule
I can't for the life of me remember what we did with my older son when he started solids.
We just started my younger DS on veggies after a week of cereal twice a day. I can't remember if we should still give him cereal twice a day AND a veggie or substitute the veggie for one of the cereals.
Any ideas?

I continued with the cereal twice a day. I mixed the fruit/veggie with the first cereal of the day.

I kept my DS on 2 meals for a little while. Once I was ready to start veggies/fruits, I just added that to his cereal. I waited about a month to start
'lunch." I would do (and still do) 2-3 tbsp cereal and 1 oz/cube of fruit or veggie.
