Well Bella is my clone (looks-wise and personality)...and that basically means she is a personality clone of my Dad's.

The traits I hope she has from her "Pee-Pop" are the outgoing, social butterfly nature he has, no fear mentality, and incredible ability to love and be loved.

Honestly, I hope she inherits nothing from my mother. Just wanted to keep it real, because it's how I feel.

From my hubby's mom I hope she gets kindness, artistic capability, and her strength.

I hope they get my father's genuine love of life.. not just his own life but a respect and admiration for all of those around him. I hope they get his faith in humanity and his true belief that people are good. I hope that they inherit his intelligence and wisdom - and his gift of gab. I hope they get his soft humor and his warm heart.

I hope they get my mother's toughness - her refusal to be beaten down by any circumstance. Some of her stubborn will to succeed and a lot of her insane humor. I hope they get her love of reading, her love of family and her willingness to always do the right thing - regardless of what other people think.

I hope they get that THING about them that made everyone who knew them admire, respect and love them.

As to their other grandparents.. I hope they are neat and polite and sympathetic like their grandma. I hope they have structure and a good work ethic like their grandfather.

I hope they get my mother in law's patience. The woman tolerates anything and never loses hers. I hope they also get my dad's work ethic and athletic ability.
