Salary Question
Do you think that $13,000 is a significant amount of money to separate a coordinator (entry level) position from a a Director Level?

no..and i work in publishing. entry level usually pays crapola in publishing. but director level can be 6 figures.

not in my old field
entry level when I started in 2002 was $35k
director level- which was 2 levels above was over $125k

I think it really depends on the field, the difference in work/expectations/liability, etc...
In my field, though, i would say the difference b/w a new grad RN and director was at least 60-70K minimum, but there's many levels in between the two.
