Need to find a debt collector agency -

My ex-boss has been served the judgment by the courts to pay me a large sum that he owes in past commissions. All the legal stuff has been done, butnow I need to collect the $$ he owes me.

Anyone know any agencies that are LEGITIMATE and can help?

If there is already a judgment, I'd hate to see you have to pay a private company to do the rest. Did you get a copy? What type of court was it from? The copy should come with instructions about how to get a transcript of judgment (which costs something like $5) and then you take your judgment to the county sheriff's office for execution. I do have an attorney friend who was going to help me in a collection case. FM me if you want to get in touch with him. I think he'd know the ins and outs of specifically doing this against a former employer or anyone, for that matter. He worked for a high volume collections firm while he was starting his own law practice.
