I have a question for a friend for a gift for her twins
A friend of mine is having twin boys in September and I want to get them a gift.
What were some things that you really felt you needed right in the beginning that maybe you didn't think to put on your registry?
Would clothes be the best bet? Onesies & sleepers?
She is due in late September.

Honestly, the best gift I got was diapers and wipes!!! I got that from 2 different people!!! I got sooo much clothes and had to run around returning things because they would never wear it. But the diapers and wipes, I loved. Especially in a bigger size so that way I had them when I needed them.

As stated before, the best gifts for twins are the very practical gifts. The first three months can be pretty intense.
Food or gift cards to local restaurants**
Diapers
Wipes
Cleaning service
I agree about the clothes. I had no time to exchange or did not receive gift receipts. So many outfits went unused, yet, I had to go out and buy so many other things.
**I am a do it yourselfer by nature... I've always kept really long hours and am constantly doing everything myself, however... for the first time in my life I couldn't even think of cooking dinner for the first two months  ... couldn't stand in front of a stove after only three consecutive hours of sleep. Thank God for my MIL but many people have no help.

DIAPERS in ALL sizes, I had so many outfits- I returned 80% b/c I also had so many hand me downs.

DIAPERS n WIPES- best gift I got.
GC's help as well- So she can diapers/wipes/formula.
Kath- def burp cloths, too funny! I got a bunch and with all the spitting up, I run out by end of day and need to do laundry daily!
