UPDATED 8/17 - Need some help - WWYD
need some advice.
I am being scheduled for an endometrial biopsy this Thursday to check my uterus lining. I had bloodwork done this morning to confirm ovulation, which according to my temperatures, occurred last Wednesday. This would put me at 8dpo on Thursday, when they will be doing a beta to make sure I am not PG before doing the procedure later that day. I’m very concerned that this is too early to accurately determine a BFP.
According to the NP, they will be taking the test and only going forward if it is a negative beta, and that it is enough time to tell. I’m sure they know what they are doing but at the same time I can’t help but worry that they might be wrong.
Does anyone have any experience/insight they can share?

Update 8/17
I just found out today that the biopsy is scheduled for Thursday at 8:30 am and according to the RE, that is when it HAS to be done. So, now I go for a beta tomorrow morning at 6:30am which is 7 DPO. They seem to be ok with this over at LI IVF, so I guess they know best, but I am still worried that if this month just happens to be our lucky month, I may lose my chance because of this biopsy.
Can I please just get some prayers that everything goes as it should be. I'd love to find out that I have a potential PG, but either way, I just want what is best to work out.

do you have to have the biopsy this week? cant they wait a few days to make sure you aren't pregnant?

AF is due Sunday or Monday. Supposedly it needs to be done 2 days prior and I guess bc it lands on a weekend.....

I wouldnt worry. 8DPO is enough time for them to be able to see some form of beta in your blood. The number will be low but if your pregnant it will be there. Think of it this way...some people get their BFPs 9 & 10 dpo on a regular urine pregnany test which is wayyyy less sensitive than the blood beta test. Best of Luck!! Let me know how it goes : ).

That sounds odd to me because I had two endo. biopsies at LIIVF and there were both on random days of my cycle.
Maybe they are testing for something specific with you though.
I did get pregnant the cycle after my biopsy with a FET though
