At what age did your DC lose their first tooth v. when they GOT their first tooth

My DD didn't get her first tooth until she was 12.5 mos. old; she'll be five in a few weeks and I was wondering when I should expect her to lose her first tooth.

I just need to be prepared with the smelling salts and all...for ME!...

I can't remember when she cut her first tooth, but she had all her teeth - including 2 year molars - before she was 18 months old.

She lost her first in December, about 2 months before her 5th birthday. She's since lost another one, no more loose ones yet.

Robbie got his first tooth fairly early - I don't remember exactly when. He lost his first tooth at 5 - in kindergarten.

Noah got his first tooth around 8-9 months or so. He lost his first tooth (bottom) at 6 - and just lost his first 'big' tooth at 7. He'll be in 2nd grade this fall.

My oldest dd broke her first tooth at 4 months old. She lost her first tooth at 4 1/2 years old.

Since then she's lost 8 teeth - she's only 6 1/2.

DD's first tooth showed up at 4.5 months. She lost that same first tooth 3 years 11 months. At first I thought something was wrong but the dentist said it's fine to loose that early.

Both my kids got their teeth early... Maybe 4-5 months or so. DS lost his first tooth the same month he turned 6.

All my kids got their first tooth around 6 months. My DS lost his first when he was 5 3/4 yrs. old. My DD just lost her first tooth the other night, she was 6 in last month. She was convinced she was "the last kid in Kindergarten to lose a tooth" - I'm not sure, so many of the kids had missing teeth, she could have been.

Avy gravy lost her first tooth in the spring time (age 5 1/2) and another one is loose (bottom right next to the first lost one)

i think she was near 6 months and these two teeth were the first ones she got.

I can't remember exactly if it was 6 or 9mths her first tooth came in but she lost her 2 front top teeth recently at 6. she was a child that would get in 4 teeth at a time when a baby and she has had 4 loose teeth, 2 out and 2 more on it's way.

So curious about that too...my son already asks me if any of his teeth are loose but he is only 5.5 yrs and they are not.

He didn't get his first tooth until 14 mos old....and didn't finish getting all his teeth until after 3 yrs. I can't imagine him losing any any time soon. I am expecting he will be the last of his friends to lose teeth but we shall see....he has great baby teeth - they look like big boy teeth...dentist even wanted to check with xrays to see if they were or not but they are baby teeth.

DS got his first tooth at 9 months and lost the same tooth at 6.
