Sure, one of the better more sensitive tests out there is Equate, you can purchase that at Walmart. It picks up very small levels of hcg (pregnancy hormone). First response is also sensitive.
A great website is www.peeonastick.com. The lower the MIU...the more sensitive the test.
I wouldn't test before 9 days past ovulation though...chances of it being a positive earlier than that is very rare.
