Do I have a right to complain??? (crib related)
I'm not sure if I have a valid complaint or if I should chalk it up to our fault.
We have our crib for about two months. It is a Munire, the Bristol collection. My husband went to attach the baby's Tiny Love mobile to the side spindles and it took off 2 chunks of paint. Granted, we caused tha damage but I don't think the paint should have chipped that easily.
Would you complain and have them fix it? Should I call and just request paint to touch it up with? Should I call the store I purchased it from or the company directly?

Yes you do. I don't think it should have came off that easily. I had a problem with my model a Simmons Juvenile brand. The only thing I did was clean it properly as directed and within a month my changing dresser unit bubbled on top and the paint flicked off just like that in many areas. The crib was fine and armoire. I called their cusomer service and I was asked to take pictures of it and send it to them. They weren't going to give me a whole new unit but just the top piece in the mail. So they shipped one out to me and I noticed paint missing on that one too! called to complain sent pics and they sent me another. They were nice to deal with but honestly didn't care about the problem will always say they never heard of it. I would call the manufacturer and take it from there..

I have a similar problem with my Pali furniture. It is not painted, but the wood is sooooooo soft that any little bang will dent it.
My cat never scratches anything or even takes out his claws, but he was curious and walked on the crib a few times. Just him jumping up and off has put so many scratches in the furniture.Im not talking hairline scratches, Im talking deep dented scratces. Im so annoyed. The cat goes on all our tables ect.. and no scratches.
The wood is so soft but this is kids furiture. I question how long we will be able to use it (as DS grows up) before it is looking like crrap.
