I'm in my 20's again, and getting nervous

Countdown 28 Days 13 Hours

I am so anxious to meet my little
but lately I have been having all these crazy fears
After having all those miscarriages the first 12 weeks of this pregnancy were horrible for me, and now I kind of feel the same way. I am just so scared.
I just want to hold her and make sure she is ok.
And of course the past two day she hasn't been as active as usual, so that is not helping me feel any better.
How am I going to make it through the next 3 or 4 weeks.
I don't even know why I'm writing this, I guess I just needed to get it out. Thanks.

I can imagine how scary it is! I'm 30 weeks and I'm scared too...Everything will be fine. You are nice and far along

Yay, you are almost there!!!
I think it's perfectly normal to be nervous/anxious, but you will be holding your healthy little girl very soon!!!

She'll be here before you know it!! I completely understand the anxiety. Just try to stay as relaxed as possible and if you are really worried about movement, Id call the dr. Im sure they would let you come in for some peace of mind.

I think that's totally normal. . esp when you went through so much to get here to get scared your good fortune will be taken away. .. that's how I felt before my wedding too. . so anxious but suddenly feeling like there were so many things that could get in the way of my happiness, like I became terrified of flying though i fly ALL the time. . just hang in there, keep busy and just trust that this is totally going to be all right for you and your LO will be in your arms before you know it!!!

I think it is totally normal for you to feel this nervous / excited / anxious. After everything that you have been through your dream is finally coming true. Everything will be ok and she will be here soon.

It is completely normal for you to be nervous. I myself keep telling my hubby to make the baby move when he doesn't. Being in the home stretch we just won't feel better till our babies are in our arms. They will be soon enough

I can understand why you would have these fears

jsut know that this pregnancy is so different and your lil is healthy and strong and will be here soon and you will finally hold your baby

Lori, it is your time and please have faith that everything will be okay. I think you have been through a lifetime's worth of grief where you deserve only the best!

Also, if you are ever worried, go to the OB and get checked. Less movement is common around this time as the baby is getting too big for the small space she is in! For what it is worth, Sienna went wild when I ate anything spicy or full of sugar!

Welcome to parenthood! The worries will never go away, they just change as your baby grows.

This baby has given me my fair share of scares with the movement thing. Drink some cold apple or orange juice, lay down and try to relax, that is what always works for me. And like a PP said, if you're worried, call the doc. I'd rather "burden" L&D 500 times and have it be nothing than ignore it and have a problem

It is very normal to have anxiety/fear. But just remember you have a healthy baby girl who any day is going to make her appearance. Then you will be holding her in your arms and will be the happiest MOTHER!!!!!!
