I LOVE Dr Marina Peredo's office. I've seen every single Dr and NP and haven't been disappointed at all.

It's not exactly in your range, but I use Dr. Lawrence Lieblich
595 Rte 25A, Suite 19
Miller Place, NY
631-821-4789
He has two offices, but this is the one I use. He may have one in your range. I've seen him, BIL and SIL have seen him and he's been able to treat each of us. He's a little eccentric about what he does, but I trust his DX.
