Edited - When did you find out what the house appraised for (buyer or seller)?
Sellers, did your REA tell you what your home appraised for by the bank? How long did it take to get the appraisal info?
Buyers, when did you find out what the house appraised for?

I'm a buyer and it took us a while with underwriters, etc but we found out about 10 days later.

We as buyer found out that night. I believe the sellers found out a few days later.

On the buying end we found out the same week what the house appraised for.

I believe we found out the same day. Our appraisal was done in the morning and we found out that afternoon.
