Have a ? for the multiple Mommys
So I just got my BFP today..Wooo Whooo so happy!!! But I have a ? My mother is a twin and I have been told there is a slight chance I may have twins  DO you know how early the Dr can tell if its going to be multiples or not? Thank so much and a happy and healthy to everyone!!

I found out at my 6 week sonogram when they saw 2 sacs both with heartbeats. Congratulations and wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months!

I think it could vary! At 6 weeks I had a sono and they only saw 1 sac. They didn't actually look for a second sac until my betas came back too high for the development of the fetus. Then they "looked" for another baby. At 7 weeks and my 3rd sono we found out we were having identical twins.
My dad has twin sisters and his grandmother had a twin sister. So I guess that is where the genetics came from!

At 6 weeks they saw one sac.
At 7 weeks they saw two heartbeats (Identical twins).
