January mommys ( and around there) - Clothing sizing/season question...

If you are shopping for your DC's 3-6 month clothing.....Are you getting long sleeve or short sleeve things ???? I am so confused so I've been buying both
ETA- My DD is in the 95th %, at her 1 month visit she was already 10lbs15oz ...

My DD is right there with yours!!! Most of my 3-6 are long sleeve, she's in 3 months right now and could probably fit into some 3-6 now, she's very long...depending on how the brands run...I noticed that the white gerber onesies run very very small and the 0-3 are barely fitting on her now length wise and the 3-6 are fitting her nicely with some room, but not a lot, on the other hand carters 3 months she still has ample room in...

Short sleeve... my kids are still wearing newborn right now!

my DS was born 1/18 and at his 1 mos apt was 10lbs 7oz.

He's wearing 3 mos now (some 0-3, depending on the brand).

I have long & short sleeve items for 3-6. I'm shopping for the spring.

I think it would make sense to get both. These next few months are really transitional, so what I did was buy a few cute cardigans to throw over her short sleeve stuff if it is cold, but I want to get use out of it. I tried to limit my 3-6 month shopping. I have so much 0-3 that I haven't even used and probably won't get to!

My 6-9 months collection is !!!! I dont know what happened, I went bezerk buying 6-9 ! Girls summer clothes are too cute !!!!...My DH keeps saying "Uh....hun, theres only 365 days in a year ..." LOL

I'm not a January mommy, but I have a peanut who is just wearing 3-6 month clothes now as well. He'll be 5 months on Sunday, just went to the dr. this week and weighs in at 13lbs. 3 oz. I haven't started buying any spring clothes yet because I don't know whether to buy 3-6 months or 6-9 months.

My son was born 1/18 and is just around 10lbs. and 22 inches. He can wear newborn outfits as long as they're not 1 piece cause he's to tall, so I pretty much have him in 0-3 now. I guess I will get both short and long sleeve for 3-6 months since it will be the end of winter/spring.
