I'm so nervous and anxious about this pregnancy since the miscarriage. How do you stay calm and just enjoy?

No real advice...just hugs...I'm 28 weeks today, and still freaking out  Just try to take one day at a time, and know that sometimes you will fall back into being scared, worried, or whatever...it's all completely normal.

Not a clue, I am 5 weeks and I feel like its going to be difficult. I am trying to take one day at a time, thats my best advice. I think having each other will help.

there is no way!!! i was a nervous wreck since day of my bfp! i got a little better after seeing the heartbeat at our first apt...but waiting for the next apt is very nerve wrecking and i just wish i could go every week so it eases my mind more!
