It went HIGH, like almost 104, but only lasted a little over 36 hours. After the initial spike, it was more low-grade... around 101.

Pretty much the same here. My DD was MISERABLE for 3 days and that's when the rash showed it's ugly face!

About 36 hours... fever up and down, high to 104 and low to 101, until the 4th day~
Just make sure your baby takes enough fluid!

Kaydyn spiked to 103 the first day, then 105+ the second day, the third day she was around 101. So her fever lasted from Wed afternoon to Friday night. Then Sat she developed the Roseola rash all over her body and it was gone by Monday.

It got as high as 103 but hovered mostly around 101 and it lasted for 3 days.

I believe 3-4 days and his fever was between 102-104
The day the rash broke out, was his 1st day fever free, he was eating, happy and back to himself!
