Can anyone recommend any good books on supervising and managing teams?

I am working with some really, really difficult teams this year. The dynamics between some of them are really awful. when I come in to consult, they are so stressed and tense, I find I am just not able to do what I need to do effectively. I have managed some difficult teams in the past, but these take the cake this year. And there are so many - I don't know what's in the water....

I am using a GREAT relationship book, of all things, it's a clinical book on cognitive behavior approaches to foster effective listening, communication, etc - but I really need some guidance and support on ways to better lead versus put out fires....

Morale is really low. some people don't even want to be in the classrooms they are in. they are working with difficult students and by the time I get into some of the schools it is so awful I can't even deal - it's over my head at this point and I need help... Chat Icon

Five dysfunctions of a team
Actually most of his books are good.

Also personality/Character tests like DISC profiles or Kolbe types can be really useful in understanding how to handle/communicate with challenging people.
