Does this sound like my gallbladder?

The last few days, especially at night, I have severe bloating and indigestion (mylanta is not helping at all). I get horrible gas like pains in my lower back, across my belly, sometimes up into my chest. I feel nauseous. Sometimes the pain is so sharp I have to stop and bend over. I thought it may have been a stomach virus because it is also giving me the runs but in the morning I feel ok....just by the end of the day around dinner time it starts again.

I don't know anything about gallbladders but I have gotten gas pains that can take my breath away and the runs like that
when I get it I get pains in my lower back I think its my kidneys from being dehydrated. I've had kidney infections before and the pains come from the same general area

I get this every once in a while. my system just seems to flare up then it goes away.

I have gallbladder attacks frequently. It sounds like it may be. I get them after I eat fatty meals...especially with lots of cheese. The pain is RIDICULOUS and usually nothing helps but a hot bath..and only while you're IN the water. Id have it checked out if I were you. Feel better!

My attacks came just about an hour after I ate. The would last between 1-3 hours and then be gone like nothing ever happened.

I would get a sono to check it out. The attacks only get worse

I had one bad attack and went to the ER. I didn't know what was going on.

From what you described, it does sound like it.
