I used to but I've started wearing pads again. I don't have any problems. I think my body is stupid... I don't 'leak' during the night. It's like it waits for me to wake up so it can all flow out then.

I do.. along with a pad.. or else there will be leakage.. I usually put a brand new one right before I hit the sack.. if I needed, I wake up the change as well..

I sleep with them in. I'm not too worried about getting TSS from wearing a tampon for 8 hours. Many of these cases of TSS were from tampons that were made in 1980 and they were recalled shortly after that.
I say do what makes you comfortable, its not like you are keeping it in for 24 hours.

usually I dont but every now and then i forget. i also dont think tss is something to be afraid of with the tampons they make now, or it depends on your body.

I never used to. I always switched to pads for sleeping. Then I ran out of pads one day and was forced to sleep in a tampon and ever since I never looked back. SO much more comfortable.

I do! Usually the first 2-3 nights along with a pad..I would not be able to sleep otherwise. Its weird my body must know I have one in or its my subconscience b/c I will wake up about halfway through the night and will get up and change it
I have been doing this for well over 10 yrs, and never once had a problem. I dont think there is anything to be terrified about...if ur that scared I prob wouldnt do it then...but its so much more comfortable

I always have..I hate pads with a passion!!! I feel gross...AFs are a "little" mrore tolerable thanks to tampons!  and I have gone up to 10 hrs...no problems!

me too..haven't worn pads since high school..except when i HAD to, after having ds..as soon as af came back, it was back to tampons
