Where to post a job? Where do *you* look for jobs?
We may be hiring an experienced web developer soon, and I was wondering where everyone looks for jobs that I might not know about.
So far on the list of possible websites to post on:
Craigslist - Free
Dice - $479.00
Monster/Hot Jobs - $369.00
Careerbuilder - $419.00
Which one(s) would you check? Any others I don't know about?
Of course if we could post without spending a lot of $ that would be great. But CL didn't yield a lot of results the last time we posted this position months back.

We like the Ladder, Linked In for tech positions (I work at a software company).

I always look at Indeed.com to see what's out there (but i don't know if people list with just them directly, though, since they basically compile listings from all other sites).

Same. I work at a consulting company and we're using the Ladder.

I never ever, check craigslist.

If you search Groups on LinkedIn, there are one's that are specific to Web Development and Design. I've had luck there.
Ebay Classifieds is also free.

I was hired from LinkedIn and my boss told me she feels she gets more quality candidates from there.
ETA: I am in tech but on the sales side
