CAR LOANS... Anyone can help!?!
So... I picked up my car tonight and I put 10,000 down and finananced the balance through Honda (Chase bank)... I was waiting to get the approval from Bethpage Federal Credit Union and of course I didn't get it until just now...
So I signed all the papers about an hour ago for 5.39% rate, I come home and see the approval from BFCU for 3.49.
Can I go back first thing in the morning and change who I want the loan with??? If I leave a message tonight and tell him not to do anything yet?
I didn't get the extended warentee, and I told him I wanted the night to think about it and he said he would hold submitting my papers until the morning so I can let him know if I wanted it or not...
Do you think they will let me change the lender??? Or no b/c all the papers are signed already???
Sorry this is long but I am so ****** that I didn't check my mail before I left...
HELP!!!

I'm pretty sure you have 72 hours to back out of a contract like and since it has been 24 you are probably in the clear

Sorry looks like you may have to refinance.
Thats how those dealers work, get you in and then you are bound to that contract.

Check your contract.. there may be a backout clause in there.. if not, you'll have to refinance.
