when your kid vomits massively in class on Monday, is it a great idea to send him to school Tuesday when he says he still feels sick?

I hear ya!!!! Love when they puke and you ask them if their stomach was hurting during the day and they say, "I threw up twice this morning." Awesome!

Oh trust me I knew. A few years ago projectile vomiti and it hit me I was at the bottom of the stairs. And I just said to the kid "PLEASE don't come tomorrow" Was there the next day!
Or the note I got last week from a parent she needs to drink a lot of water to help her fever! REALLY??? Keep the kid home!

A 5th grader in my class projectiled all over his desk, books and other kid's desks.....the nurse kept him in school that DAY! You'd think on embarassment alone he'd go home. Nope, mom said he's fine bc he didn't have a fever.

Or when they are so congested they can barely breathe, are complaining they don't feel good, coughing all over you and everyone else, and when you take them to the nurse and they have 102 fever!!!!!!
